Professional and methodological guidance and coaching of staff in nursing, counseling, and education
Collaboration in interprofessional teams, project groups
Participation in the cross-hospital nursing development department
Creating and revising nursing guidelines and concepts
Conducting internal training events
Working in the team in shift operations
Your profile
Solid clinical and theoretical nursing knowledge, ideally in the field of pediatrics
Leadership personality with the motivation and ability for constructive collaboration in a multidisciplinary team
