On our ward, we care for premature and term-born patients from newborn age up to 18 years. We treat children and adolescents with the following focuses: • Behavioral and developmental issues and therapies • Infectious diseases • Diagnostic clarifications
Nursing is family-centered. We work in a tandem and zone model according to Lean, with clear responsibilities, efficiently designed processes, and a high quality standard.

Your tasks
Promoting and developing the best possible care for patients and parents
Professional and methodological guidance and coaching of staff in nursing, counseling, and education
Collaboration in interprofessional teams, project groups
Participation in the cross-hospital nursing development department
Creating and revising nursing guidelines and concepts
Conducting internal training events
Working in the team in shift operations
Your profile
Solid clinical and theoretical nursing knowledge, ideally in the field of pediatrics
Leadership personality with the motivation and ability for constructive collaboration in a multidisciplinary team
Expertise combined with high social competence
Independence and sense of responsibility
