Your tasks:

You are responsible for the content and personnel coordination of the teaching offerings in the area of inclusion and special education in teacher training and contribute to their further development. Your responsibilities as a research associate particularly include:

• Collaboration with instructors as well as ensuring and further developing the teaching offerings.

• Collaboration with the responsible persons of the various level-specific study programs aimed at teacher training and supporting the level-specific curricular developments with a perspective on inclusion and special education.

• Independent professional and higher education didactic contributions to module and teaching development in the subject area, as well as your own teaching activities and supervision of performance assessments and qualification works.

• Reception of the relevant specialist literature and field-related discourses and writing written and oral contributions to the conception and discussion of teacher professionalism from the perspective of inclusion and special education.

Your profile:

• University degree in educational sciences with a focus on inclusion and special education, ideally with a completed doctoral project in the same subject area.

• Professional experience in the school field and an EDK-recognized diploma or equivalent (teaching professions or special education professions).

• Successful project work in the education sector as well as experience and interest in working in committees, working groups, and organizational interfaces.

• Higher education or adult education didactic competencies.

• Willingness and ability to take on a motivating and clear role and pursue a common goal in various forms of collaboration.

• Outgoing, solution-oriented, and assertive person who brings various interests together.

• Time flexibility & availability as well as interest in personal and professional development "on the job".
