Work in the Youth Village
The Youth Village in Knutwil, in the canton of Lucerne, is a socio-pedagogical institution that implements civil and criminal measures for highly behavioral-disturbed male adolescents and young adults between 14 and 25 years old. Staff members of the Youth Village accompany the young people on their way to a self-responsible life.

Your tasks

• General metal construction and assembly work

• Independent and efficient execution of customer orders

• Training and guidance of our young people

What you bring

• Qualification as a metalworker

• Several years of professional experience

• Clean and independent working style

• Enjoyment of working with socially challenged young people

• Team-oriented personality

• High resilience

• Good German language skills, both spoken and written

• Driving license category B
