What to expect

• In a varied mix of telephone and personal consulting, you will acquire new customers and sell tailored health insurance and retirement solutions.

• You will independently and actively manage the care of existing insured clients as well as daily customer contact.

• You will create offers, perform administrative tasks, and schedule appointments with potential new clients.

• Your ideas are welcome: you will participate in trade fairs and stand activities, representing CONCORDIA on-site.

What you bring

• A completed vocational training in a sales-oriented environment and proficiency in using a PC.

• Your German is convincing – whether spoken or written – and forms an important basis for successful consulting conversations.

• Sales and consulting are your passion: you have a knack for people and can access an existing network that you continuously expand.

• Communication is your strength: you present yourself confidently and convince with your open and friendly manner. Independent and responsible work is a matter of course for you.

• You have completed the VBV training or are motivated to complete it – we will support you in this.
