Burgdorf is an urban, thriving center in the green with over 17,000 residents and a large catchment area. The Fire Department/Fire Protection division of the Department of Residents and Security is responsible for large parts of civil protection in the city of Burgdorf.

We are looking for a

Clerk for Fire and Fire Protection (80% - 100%)

Your tasks

• Accounting

• Management of personal data of the volunteer fire department

• Payroll

• Administrative support in deployment planning

• Administrative tasks in the fire protection division

Your profile

• Commercial basic training

• Professional certificate as a municipal specialist is an advantage or willingness to undergo further training

• Ideally experience in public administration and/or fire department

• Good MS Office skills and ideally in municipal and fire department-specific programs (CMI, Innosolvcity, WinFap)

Your perspectives

You will support the areas of fire and fire protection and take on an exciting and responsible role with diverse contacts with other areas of administration and members of the volunteer fire department. We support targeted further training. Working hours are based on the annual working time model.
