The ****Hotel, Seminar and Congress Center SEEDAMM PLAZA has 230 beds and houses the restaurant OLEA, the restaurant ICONIC, and the Casino Pfäffikon. For banquets and events, 9 rooms including the Plaza Event Hall for up to 1000 people are available.

Your tasks

• You ensure clean processes, quality, and hygiene in your position.

• As a team player, you support your colleagues.

• You enjoy training apprentices and new employees.

• You balance large banquet events and à la carte service with the support of an experienced kitchen team.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a cook or comparable education.

• Professional experience in gastronomy/hotels is an advantage.

• Passion for fresh products and high-quality cuisine.

• Structured, clean, and reliable working style.

• Team player with a high sense of responsibility, resilience, and flexibility.

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Good German language skills, additional languages are an advantage.
