Job Description

• Responsible for orders, revenue, and profitability in the region.

• Identification and acquisition of new business opportunities (small and medium projects).

• Follow-up and consulting for a project clientele and key decision-makers in the “Buying Center” (architects, engineering offices, general contractors, clients, etc.).

• Calculation, preparation, and systematic follow-up of offers until contract conclusion and transfer to the project management department.

• Effective use of modern IT and CRM tools.

• Close cooperation with project management departments (execution) and sales administration.

• Field activity with flexibility in remote work (Home Office) and provision of a modern company car.

Qualifications

• Good commercial skills and technical knowledge in the field of blinds, facades, windows, or construction.

• Experience in technical sales and consulting in the “Buying Center”.

• Strong ability to acquire new projects and clients.

• Knowledge of SIA standards (e.g., 118 or 342, etc.).

• You are a winning personality, communicative, and able to work in a team.

• Very important: You have a very good level of German.
