To strengthen our Spitex team, we are looking for a committed and independent Health Professional EFZ who, with heart and expertise, cares for our clients at home.

Your tasks

In this varied role, you will care for and support people in their familiar environment. You contribute to maintaining their independence and quality of life.

• Holistic care and support in the home environment

• Assistance with basic and treatment care according to care planning

• Promotion of clients' independence

• Monitoring health status and passing on relevant information

• Interdisciplinary collaboration with relatives, doctors, and other professionals

• Continuous and accurate care documentation

• Shared responsibility for high care quality

Your profile

• Completed training as a Health Professional EFZ

• Ideally experience in Spitex or long-term care

• Independent, reliable, and well-organized working style

• High social and professional competence

• Enjoyment of a varied working day on the go

• Driving license category B (mandatory, depending on the area of deployment)
