Your Job
No day is the same. You are the contact person, troubleshooter, and system guardian in one – for customers with cloud setups as well as those with established on-premises infrastructure. You resolve issues via remote maintenance or directly on-site, approach complex second-level cases in a structured manner, and keep an eye on your customers' ICT services at all times. Depending on your profile, a dual role as a system and network administrator is also conceivable – for those who like to be more broadly positioned.
What You Bring
You are an empathetic personality and work independently and with commitment. Ideally, you bring the following for this role:
Must-haves
Completed IT education in system technology/platform development or equivalent further training
At least 3 years of professional experience in IT system operations
Very good knowledge of Windows clients and Windows servers and their services (AD, GPO, DNS, etc.)
Good knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
Very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 cloud environment (AVD, Exchange Online, Entra, Intune, Teams, etc.)
Solid knowledge in network technology (TCP/IP, routing, switches, basic firewall knowledge)
High service orientation and communication skills
Fluent in German and negotiation-level English
Nice-to-haves
Experience with firewall solutions such as Sophos
Knowledge in backup and recovery solutions
Initial experience as a network administrator or interest in a dual role
