To strengthen our Private Banking team in St. Margrethen, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented personality. In this versatile assistant role, you will support our customer advisors in Private Banking and contribute significantly to the smooth daily operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Preparation and follow-up of customer visits

• Administrative and operational tasks in the back office

• Recording and processing of stock exchange orders

• Telephone and written contact with our demanding clientele

• Creation of correspondence and documentation

Your Profile

• Completed commercial basic training

• Professional experience in banking, ideally in Private Banking or in a comparable assistant role

• Enjoyment of customer contact and teamwork

• Agile and resilient personality with a proactive and efficient working style

• High IT affinity and enjoyment in working with various applications
