To strengthen our Private Banking team in St. Margrethen, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented personality. In this versatile assistant role, you will support our customer advisors in Private Banking and contribute significantly to the smooth daily operations.
Your Responsibilities
Preparation and follow-up of customer visits
Administrative and operational tasks in the back office
Recording and processing of stock exchange orders
Telephone and written contact with our demanding clientele
Creation of correspondence and documentation
Your Profile
Completed commercial basic training
Professional experience in banking, ideally in Private Banking or in a comparable assistant role
Enjoyment of customer contact and teamwork
Agile and resilient personality with a proactive and efficient working style
High IT affinity and enjoyment in working with various applications
