Construction Manager High-rise

Your tasks:

You will independently organize construction sites in new construction, renovation, and customer service. In doing so, you will lead the site workers, take responsibility for planning, work preparation, adherence to deadlines, quality, billing, and cost monitoring. Preparing/calculating offers and additional claims.

Your profile:

You have a qualification as a certified construction manager or equivalent. As a leader in high-rise construction, you possess negotiation skills and are accustomed to working independently as a construction manager. You are characterized by flexibility and commitment and have good IT user skills (Sorba is an advantage).
