What you will achieve with us
You will take responsibility for accounts payable – from posting to the payment process, reconciliations, and maintaining master data.
Reviewing and processing expense reports is also part of your daily routine.
Additionally, you will be involved in the introduction of new digital tools and actively drive process optimizations.
You will assist with monthly and annual financial statements and play an important role in training our apprentices in accounting.
In close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure smooth processes.
What you bring
You have already gained 2–3 years of experience in accounting, particularly in accounts payable and expenses.
Further training as an accounting clerk is a plus.
You communicate confidently in German and well in English (at least B2).
You are familiar with ERP systems and MS Office, and you are open to new technologies, including in the field of AI.
Ideally, you have already supervised apprentices or have a strong motivation to take on this task.
You work precisely, independently, and appreciate teamwork.
