The Human Resources team at UKBB consists of 14 dedicated employees and is the central point of contact for all personnel-related issues throughout the hospital. In close collaboration with all departments, we support managers and employees throughout the entire Employee Lifecycle. Start date: from September 1, 2026, or by agreement

Your tasks

• You competently and proactively advise and support managers and employees in all HR-related questions throughout the entire Employee Lifecycle.

• You are responsible for your area of responsibility as a whole and ensure close, trusting collaboration with the assigned departments.

• You are anchored in the operational HR daily routine and take on a significant share of administrative HR tasks and part of payroll processing in addition to consulting. You will be supported by the HR processing team.

• You actively contribute ideas and continuously make existing processes more efficient and future-oriented.

• You participate in interdisciplinary projects and contribute to the further development, digitization, and modernization of HR services at UKBB.

Your profile

• You have the necessary sensitivity and can communicate appropriately with various stakeholders.

• You are a dynamic, flexible, and team-oriented personality and manage your tasks efficiently and successfully with your networked thinking approach. You are open to new ideas and willing to question and optimize processes as needed.

• You have a degree as an HR specialist or equivalent and have several years of professional experience in a similar advisory role.

• You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written. You handle SAP/HR and MS Office programs effortlessly.
