Strategic and operational management (2 people) of the property portfolio
Real estate portfolio management and project development
Conducting needs analyses and developing project and real estate strategies
Responsible for strategic planning and analysis in project phases SIA 1 and 2
Project definition and execution of tenders for new constructions and renovations
Evaluation and management of external planners and project teams
Maintenance, investment, and budget planning
Monitoring, controlling, and reporting throughout the entire project lifecycle
Addressing issues of risk management
Management of condominium ownership and representation of owners
Lease and rental of municipal properties
Your Profile
Completed studies in architecture, a technical education in civil engineering (e.g., HF construction planning, construction manager HFP) or a business education with a focus on real estate
Strong team player with a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
High level of personal responsibility, service orientation, and entrepreneurial thinking
Strong communicator, convincing personality with a confident demeanor
Experience in real estate portfolio management, ideally in a municipal environment
Leadership experience and a cooperative leadership style or the potential and motivation to take on a leadership role
Good knowledge of Swiss construction laws, standards, and norms as well as architectural judgment
