We are an innovative supplier in modern sheet metal processing with around 50 employees. We manufacture high-quality construction parts as well as housings and machine enclosures made of stainless steel, aluminum, and sheet metal for machine and apparatus construction. Quality, precision, and clean processing are at the center of our work.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the entire personnel administration from A to Z

• Independent processing of payroll including social insurances and year-end statements

• Managing the entire recruitment process in collaboration with the line

• Advising and supporting the line in all HR matters

• Organizing and coordinating employee events

• Contributing to HR projects and continuously optimizing processes

What you bring

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in HR (e.g., HR specialist certificate)

• Several years of experience as an HR generalist, preferably in an SME or industrial environment

• Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and payroll

• Independent, structured, and pragmatic working style

• High service orientation and discretion

• Fluent German in spoken and written form
