Your Craft

• You lead a team of around five employees and are the point of contact on the construction site.

• With your expertise, you make construction decisions on-site and ensure the implementation of the work.

• You are responsible for concrete and construction restorations as well as sealing work.

• You reliably create work reports and keep track of progress, quality, and resources.

Your Foundation

• You have further training as a forewoman or site supervisor, or you have many years of experience in the construction industry.

• You have initial leadership experience or want to take responsibility for a team, coordinate workflows, and motivate your employees.

• Communicative, team-oriented, and resilient, you ensure that collaboration, safety, and quality on the construction site are always guaranteed.

• Besides German, any additional language is a great plus.
