As an innovative and team-oriented personality, you have a very good Master's degree in Psychology and also bring the following:
Solid knowledge and relevant professional experience in work and organizational psychology as well as initial practical experience in accompanying change and development processes (Change Management), ideally related to healthcare
You have good knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
You bring a high level of commitment, ability to cooperate, and the ability to work independently
You are interested in the development and acquisition of research projects as well as the publication of scientific findings
