At the Oberengadin Senior Centers, you will shape the professional basis for a clean, traceable, and future-proof care classification across locations with direct influence on practice. Additionally, you will oversee and be responsible for the upcoming project to transition from BESA to RAI.
Your Role
You will take on professional responsibility for care classification and assessment in our two senior centers and ensure the interface between quality and cost-effectiveness as the overall operational contact person.
The position is designed as a 60% professional function. If you want to work more, you can flexibly extend your workload up to 100% – the additional percentage will be in direct care.
Your Tasks
Professional Responsibility & Standards
Ensuring a correct, consistent, and traceable care classification
Development and further development of binding standards
Professional assessment of complex classification situations
Uniform application of the classification logic across both locations
Introduction & Further Development of RAI
Professional leadership of the transition from BESA to RAI
Structuring and managing the introduction process
Establishing sustainable processes and ensuring regular operations
Training & Empowerment
Building an accessible, practical knowledge system
Planning and conducting training sessions
Empowering teams for independent and secure application
Ensuring knowledge transfer and sustainable anchoring
Collaboration
Close coordination with nursing management, quality managers, ward management, and teams
Professional contact person for internal and external inquiries
What You Bring
Nursing professional HF or FH with experience in long-term care
Solid knowledge in BESA and/or RAI
Enjoyment in creating structures and conveying knowledge understandably
Analytical, conceptual thinking and a structured way of working
Confidence in professional issues and interdisciplinary exchange
