What you will achieve in this role

• You will be the first point of contact for our clients in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries for projects related to process plants, clean rooms, automation systems, and specialized electrical infrastructures.

• You will independently take charge of industrial projects, from the initial proposal to the final billing and handover to the client. Your comprehensive perspective ensures that every project is successfully and smoothly realized.

• You will lead and coordinate your project team both technically and organizationally and plan the personnel deployment. Under your leadership, the team will exceed expectations and turn milestones into success stories.

• Through your professional and proactive support, you will build strong and trusting relationships with your clients. This way, they will always come back to you for future and additional projects.

• You will keep your knowledge up to date by attending technical presentations and trade fairs and represent Selmoni in the region.

These skills distinguish you

• Completed basic education in electrical engineering

• Completed further training or in the final year of training as an electrical project manager in installation and safety, ideally as a certified electrical installer

• At least three years of professional experience as an electrical installer in the field of complex technical systems

• In-depth knowledge of GMP, applicable industrial standards, and industry-specific regulations

• Fluent in German and enjoy contact with people from different language regions. French skills are welcome but not a must.
