Caretaker for the Heiget School Facility (100%)

For our community with around 6,900 residents, we are looking for an agreement for a

Caretaker for the Heiget school facility (100 %)

You will be responsible for various buildings at the Heiget school facility, with the following main tasks:

Your tasks:

• Ensuring the structural and technical maintenance of the buildings

• Assisting in building cleaning

• Maintenance and care of the outdoor facilities

• Maintenance and service of machines and small equipment

• Assisting at community and school events (partly in the evening or on weekends)

• Preparing the multipurpose hall for clubs and organizers

• Coordinating craftsmen

• Substituting during holidays.

We expect:

• Good knowledge in building technology (advantageous)

• Basic training as a plumber (advantageous)

• Communication skills, teamwork, and networked thinking

• Assertiveness, resilience, flexibility, willingness to change

• Very good oral and written German skills

• Willingness to be on call.
