We are looking for immediate or by arrangement reinforcement for the Guggerbach Center as a care assistant. The center offers people an integrated service and supports them in maintaining their individual lifestyle. Guggerbach has a total of 82 single rooms and 5 double rooms in the residential group as well as 50 assisted apartments; a restaurant, a cafeteria, and the bistro "Guggerzyt". Around 160 residents live in the center, and about 95 employees are employed.
Your Tasks
Participate and support in care and assistance
Independently carry out prescribed care interventions
Implement internal care standards and hygiene guidelines
Actively contribute to the daily structure of the residents
Electronic care documentation within the scope of competencies
What You Bring
Training as a care assistant SRK or willingness to complete it
Enjoyment in dealing with elderly people
Independent, committed working style with a high sense of responsibility
Flexibility and resilience
Care and support of residents in a personal, empathetic manner
Good oral and written German skills as well as PC user knowledge
