We are looking for a Nursing Expert MScN / Nursing Development Long-Term Care for part-time or full-time employment by agreement.
The Guggerbach Center offers people an integrated service offering and supports them in maintaining their individual lifestyle. It has 82 single rooms and 5 double rooms in the living group, as well as 50 assisted apartments. A restaurant, a cafeteria, and the bistro "Guggerzyt" are among many other offerings.
About 160 residents live in the center. Over 100 employees are dedicated to their well-being.
As part of a structural expansion, attractive 3.5-room apartments with additional living space are currently being created.
Your Tasks
Establish nursing development with responsibility for ongoing quality assurance and evidence-based further development of nursing practice
Initiate, plan, and manage central development and quality projects to continuously improve nursing quality
Consult nursing staff in complex resident situations
Training and support in the implementation of the nursing process
Analyze and optimize symptom management in the area of resident care
Promote a holistic family-centered nursing culture and support teams in change processes
Assist in the planning and implementation of training and continuing education measures for nursing staff
Co-responsibility and co-design of the process of transferring the Alberti nursing home to the Guggerbach Center in the 1st quarter of 2028
