We are looking for a Head of Nursing Department due to a retirement on 4th Quarter 2026 or by agreement, full-time or part-time. The Guggerbach Center offers people an integrated range of services and supports them in maintaining their individual lifestyle. It has 82 single rooms and 5 double rooms in the living group, as well as 50 assisted apartments. A restaurant, a cafeteria, and the bistro "Guggerzyt" are among many other offerings.
About 160 residents live in the center. Over 100 employees are dedicated to their well-being.
As part of a structural expansion, attractive 3.5-room apartments with additional living space are currently being created.
Your Responsibilities
Personnel, professional, and organizational leadership of the nursing area I for 40 residents
Development and implementation of nursing and care concepts
Ensuring family-centered and evidence-based nursing
Responsible for the nursing process, conducting assessments
Creating nursing plans and assessing care needs based on BESA
Co-responsibility and participation in the process of transferring the Alberti nursing home to the Guggerbach Center in the 1st Quarter of 2028
