• You have a higher degree in business administration, computer science, medical technology, or similar.

• You bring many years of experience in product management and have successfully accompanied B2B or SaaS products – ideally over 5+ years. 

• You understand how to coordinate, motivate, and support a team of professionals to achieve the set goals together. 

• You have a deep understanding of product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap development. 

• You bring experience or a strong interest in workforce management, personnel planning, or comparable complex systems. 

• You work analytically, data- and customer-oriented, finding clear, pragmatic solutions with methodology and judgment. 

• You can capture, translate, and coordinate complex requirements with various stakeholders. 

• You are strong in communication and can present your ideas clearly and convincingly. 

• You speak fluent German and can communicate well in French and English as an advantage.
