The Center for Social Services is one of the largest associations of its kind in Switzerland. On behalf of 28 municipalities with a catchment area of over 100,000 people, we are actively engaged, accessible, and networked in the following areas: Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB), Professional Assistance, Social Counseling, Mother and Father Counseling, Addiction Counseling, and School Social Work.

We support individuals in cases of illness, disability, and crisis situations. We assist, accompany, and represent people in personal matters, in contact with authorities, and in everyday affairs.

Your Tasks

• Conducting official mandates in child and adult protection

• Accompanying, advising, and representing our clientele in personal, legal, and financial matters

• Interdisciplinary work with involved professionals, authorities, and institutions

What You Bring

• Completed degree in social work, preferably with professional experience in child and adult protection

• Good knowledge of social insurance law

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Team spirit, humor, and a high degree of independence in autonomous work organization

• High resilience, empathy, and interest in people in difficult life situations
