Sanadura combines the Promulins Retirement Center in Samedan and the Du Lac in St. Moritz, as well as the Spitex Oberengadin. In our facilities, we design care and support to be reliable, humane, and qualitatively convincing for residents, relatives, and employees.

For our retirement centers in the Oberengadin, we are looking for a leadership personality who understands activation as an integral part of a good life in the home and develops this area purposefully and according to modern standards.

Your Role

You will take over the management of the Activation & Daily Life Design department and be responsible for how our residents experience their daily lives.

You lead your team with clarity and appreciation and continuously develop an offer together with care, support, and therapy that is oriented towards people and ensures that our residents feel at home.

Your Tasks

• Leadership and further development of the Activation team

• Planning and controlling a needs-based activation offer

• Organization of daily life design, group and individual offers, and events

• Ensuring and further developing quality in the area

• Active collaboration with care, support, therapy, and external partners

• Participation in projects and co-designing the overall organization

What You Bring

• Training in the area of activation, daily life design, or comparable

• Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility for a small team

• Experience in the elderly care sector

• Organizational strength and networked thinking

• Communication skills, clarity, and an appreciative attitude
