The Aging and Care department of the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of Winterthur in its five senior centers and through Spitex.
For our long-term care at the Oberi Senior Center, which provides a well-kept home for 150 residents, we are looking for from May 1, 2026, or by arrangement an integral, open-minded, and cheerful personality.
Your Responsibilities
Progressive care and support for our residents in the key person system
Managing orders, answering phone calls, organizing appointments, handling correspondence for the living group
Work shifts in early and late service
Your Profile
Health/Care Specialist EFZ or equivalent SRK recognition
Independent, committed, resilient, and responsible
At least 1 year of professional experience
Experience and joy in working with people with dementia
Good PC user skills
