The area of aging and care in the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of the city of Winterthur in the five retirement centers and through Spitex.
For our long-term care at the Oberi Retirement Center, which provides a well-maintained home for 150 residents, we are looking for starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement an integral, open-minded, and cheerful personality.
Your Tasks
Progressive care and support of our residents in the key person system
Executing the ordering system, answering phone calls, organizing appointments, handling correspondence for the living group
Work shifts in early and late service
Your Profile
Health/Care Specialist EFZ or corresponding SRK recognition
Independent, committed, resilient, and responsible
At least 1 year of professional experience
Experience and joy in working with people with dementia
Good PC user skills
