Your Tasks

• You will care for patients as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in an inpatient setting.

• After a thorough introduction under senior physician supervision, you will conduct psychiatric and psychotherapeutic assessments and treatments.

• You will participate in interdisciplinary case discussions and contribute to specific group offerings if desired.

• You are responsible for individual therapy planning, including documentation and reporting.

• You will write medical reports and expert opinions.

• You will work closely with referring agencies, relatives, and authorities.

• You are committed to a team that values interdisciplinary collaboration and employee appreciation.

Your Profile

• You have completed a degree in human medicine (CH, EU or EFTA country) and already have MEBEKO recognition if graduated abroad.

• You are motivated and willing to pursue further training as a specialist.

• You enjoy working with mentally ill individuals in a multidisciplinary team.

• You are flexible and resilient.

• You maintain an open, communicative relationship with patients and team members.

• You are characterized by high commitment, creativity, and very good German language skills (at least C1).

Your Salary

Your gross salary for a 100% position is expected to be between 91,406 and 134,000 Swiss Francs per year.
The exact salary amount depends on your education and work experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on the cantonal salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range on a case-by-case basis. Further salary development will depend on your performance and will take place within the framework of the salary round on January 1, considering the approved budget.
