Individual and professional care and nursing of our 14 residents in the protected living group and the 9 residents in the open long-term care group
Support the team leadership in the personnel and professional management of the nursing team of 20 employees
Full representation of the team leadership in their absence
Promotion of employees in daily nursing practice
Close collaboration with the care specialist team, which actively participates in shaping the daily lives of the residents
Shared responsibility for the implementation and assurance of care quality, for the further development of the care process, and for performance recording (RAI)

Completed vocational training at tertiary level (dipl. nursing specialist HF/FH)
Ideally, you have some leadership experience and relevant further training or are willing to attend such training
