We are looking for a Nurse Expert APN 90% starting December 1, 2026, or by agreement.

Your tasks

• Professional leadership and further development of nursing in the field of neuromuscular diseases

• Ensuring evidence-based nursing quality (APN role)

• Consultation and support for clients and their relatives

• Close collaboration with doctors, network partners such as USZ, PUK, Kispi, and Balgrist

• Training and coaching of nursing staff

• Implementing new findings into daily nursing practice

• Contributing to concepts, projects, and quality developments

• Promoting self-determination and quality of life for those affected

• Member of the management team

Requirements

• Completed vocational training (Nursing diploma HF or Bachelor of Science in Nursing BsCN) as well as a Master of Science MScN in Nursing Science with an APN focus

• Preferred: Nurse Practitioner components (NP) focusing on direct clinical care

• Experience in the field of neurology, ideally with neuromuscular diseases

• High social competence and empathy in dealing with chronically ill young people

• Independent, structured, and responsible working style

• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge transfer

• RAI Supervisor preferred

• Knowledge of the nursing documentation system easyDOK
