The KESB Winterthur-Andelfingen is responsible for the arrangement of civil law protective measures in cases of endangerment of child welfare as well as for needy adults.

Your Tasks

• Case management and expert clarification of facts for the presiding member

• Conducting hearings

• Taking minutes during hearings conducted by the member of the authority

• Independently drafting decisions

• Preparing for and participating in authority meetings with advisory voice (including minute-taking)

Your Profile

• Degree in law, social work, social pedagogy, education, or psychology

• Expertise in child and adult protection law or family law, preferably through practical experience at a KESB or family court and/or further training

• Very good written expression and conversation skills

• Psychologically resilient and assertive personality with a structured working style
