The Landolt + Co. AG Totalunternehmung RDN based in Ossingen (ZH) is the general contractor of the LANDOLT GROUP and is active in residential, industrial, and commercial construction. The LANDOLT GROUP currently employs around 500 staff and is known for the execution and construction of demanding buildings of high quality.

To strengthen our dedicated team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a Project Manager Planning Structural Engineering (m/f) 80-100%

Your Job

• Taking over project management planning for the SIA phases 31-51 for demanding new, conversion, and renovation projects

• Leading your own team of draftsmen and trainees

• Contact person for our clients, authorities, and specialist planners

• Interest in digital planning processes

Your Profile

• Completed training as an architect FH or draftsman in the field of architecture (further training TS is an advantage)

• Flexible, communicative team player personality with entrepreneurial thinking, organizational skills, assertiveness, negotiation skills, and initiative

• Familiarity with construction law, SIA standards, and construction technology

• Very good IT skills with Office and construction administration applications (Provis) and MS Project, solid knowledge in CAD (ArchiCAD)

• You are independent, team-oriented, motivated, and resilient
