The Stadtgarten is the center for care and support of the citizens' community of Frauenfeld and is located close to the city, centrally, and embedded in a small, inviting park that has grown over decades. In 1- and 2-room apartments, we offer up to 130 elderly residents with varying care needs a home with high individuality.

We are looking for a

Managing Center Director 80% - 100%

Your area of responsibility

• Overall responsibility for the management, implementation of the strategy, and further development of the institution together with a motivated management team and staff departments

• Ensuring holistic, resident-oriented care while maintaining the dignity and autonomy of the residents

• Ensuring appreciative and communicative personnel management and development

• Promotion of care and support quality, especially palliative care and intercare project

• Participation in the further development of the strategy

• Promotion of training quality in the various areas and courses of the institution

• Budget and financial responsibility in collaboration with the operating commission and the board of trustees

• Public relations and networking with municipal and cantonal authorities and other service providers

What distinguishes you

• Several years of leadership experience, high social competence and empathy, confident appearance

• Solid business management knowledge required and gerontological knowledge an advantage

• Joy in contact with older people to enable them a dignified last phase of life and to provide a home

• Clear and empathetic communication with residents, relatives, employees, and external partners

• Motivation and enthusiasm to expand the good reputation of the Stadtgarten and its economic success with the employees

• Connection to Frauenfeld/Thurgau desirable
