Main Responsibilities

You will work closely with our partners, insurance companies, and the medical team. You initiate medical clarification discussions and organize repatriations.
You receive emergencies, organize assistance abroad, and support the organization of medical transports.
You ensure the flow of information by proactively contacting clients, their relatives, service providers, and business partners worldwide.
You work closely with the internal & external contacts involved in the case.
You benefit from flexible working hours with different shifts on weekdays as well as weekends.
Your Skills and Talents
In addition to German, you are also proficient in French and English. Italian and any other language are a plus for you.
You have a winning, open personality and outstanding communication skills.
You have completed vocational training or a high school diploma (or equivalent education).
