We are looking for you in the role of
Construction Project Manager on the Owner's Side
In this versatile role, you will take on a central position in the planning, control, and implementation of construction projects. Your focus will be particularly on:
Leading and coordinating construction projects with an architectural focus
Taking on construction management tasks for smaller projects and representing the client
Project management across all project phases; from development to completion
Representing the client and ensuring interests are safeguarded with external partners
Actively participating in the planning and implementation of renovation projects as well as new constructions
Cost control of costs GP/TU, creating construction accounts, responsibility for compliance with investment credits
Close collaboration and management of general contractors
Focus on renovations of existing properties as well as occasional new construction projects
For this important key position, we are looking for a person who can demonstrate the following qualifications:
Completed degree in architecture FH
At least 10 years of experience in project management and construction management
In-depth knowledge in the implementation of construction projects across all phases
Experience in client representation is an advantage
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Good cost understanding and experience in handling project budgets
Strong communication skills and assertiveness in dealing with various stakeholders
