Responsibilities

• Independent shift management

• Support of operational business

• Particular focus on maintaining high quality and hygiene standards

• Taking on own areas of responsibility

• Supporting the store manager

Requirements

• Completed training in gastronomy

• Good German skills, additional languages are an advantage

• First leadership experience

• Service-oriented, organizational talent

• High affinity for fresh and high-quality products

• Positive demeanor, friendly and motivated

• Team player, resilient, good organizational skills

• Flexible and mobile (evening and weekend shifts)
