Your Craft

• You are the good soul of our department: You ensure that our information is always up to date (maintaining our information channels, preparing meetings, etc.), manage entries and exits, and carefully check invoices.

• You ensure our application management, process spontaneous applications, and publish job advertisements.

• You support the head of HR in various administrative tasks, organize internal events, and create presentations.

• Depending on workload, you participate in exciting projects and contribute your ideas.

• You accompany our KV trainees as a practical trainer and support them in their development journey.

Your Foundation

• A completed commercial apprenticeship and several years of professional experience in the administrative field.

• A structured, independent working style and a joy in thinking along and keeping an overview even in hectic moments.

• Team spirit, humor, and reliability – you can be counted on.

• We would be very pleased if you distribute your 50% over five days. A daily presence of half a day each significantly facilitates teamwork and processes in HR.

• If you also speak French: big plus!
