For our residential area Birke/Linde in Wilderswil near Interlaken, with around 22 places in the long-term care sector for adults, we are looking for a cheerful and motivated person starting from March 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

What you will do

• Support and promote people with mental and cognitive disabilities in the residential area

• Practical everyday and leisure support

• Key worker tasks / support planning

• Interdisciplinary collaboration

• Responsible and independent work

• Administrative tasks

What we expect from you

• Completed vocational training in social education HF / FH or care professional

• Professional experience in a similar environment

• Driving license category B required
