Your tasks

You support our residents in their daily lives and work closely with the care team:

• Support with personal care, mobilization, and daily activities

• Assistance with care and activation

• Support during meals

• Observation of changes and communication to the team

• Collaboration in daily care on the ward

• Co-responsibility for a welcoming living and working atmosphere

What you bring

• Training as a care assistant SRK or experience in supporting people

• Enjoyment in working with elderly people

• Team spirit and reliability

• German language skills that enable communication in daily work

• Willingness to learn new things

Applications from individuals with experience in care or support without formal training are also welcome.
