To complement our fiduciary team, we are looking for a committed individual as of now or by arrangement:

Fiduciary (80–100%)

Responsibilities

• Independently managing financial, accounts receivable, and accounts payable accounting for our national clients

• Creating and analyzing comprehensive reports and cash flow statements

• Timely editing of VAT statements

• Preparing complex annual financial statements

• Preparing and coordinating the annual audit

• Independently supporting and advising our clients

• Identifying and implementing process improvements through digitization and automation

• Editing tax returns for individuals and legal entities

• Providing professional and personnel support to fiduciary specialists

• General fiduciary tasks

Profile

• Experience in the fiduciary industry, preferably as a fiduciary with federal certification or in training for it

• Very good MS Office and payroll ERP knowledge (Abacus is an advantage)

• Open to modern technologies

• Precise, independent working style and high customer orientation

• Confident communication in German and English
