Tasks

• Maintenance and care of sports and recreational facilities, playgrounds, and green spaces

• Winter service

• Performing repairs on buildings and outdoor facilities

• Simple maintenance work on machines and equipment

• Support the property management in implementing construction measures

• Control of building technical systems

Expectations

• Completed vocational training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ or landscape gardener EFZ

• Preferably professional experience in gardening or landscaping or building maintenance

• Motivated and committed personality with craftsmanship

• Independent, thorough, and reliable working style as well as very good German language skills

• Driver's license category A1 / BE
