HR Manager – 100% (m/f/d)

Your main tasks

• Overall responsibility for our HR area

• Responsible for the entire HR lifecycle from recruiting to offboarding, including payroll and social security administration, supported by a colleague in the team

• Advising and supporting employees and managers on HR issues

• Participation in HR projects

• Trainer for the KV apprentices

Your profile

• Commercial training with HR further education (preferably HR specialist certificate)

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role

• Absolute discretion, high quality awareness, and integrity

• Fluent German as a mother tongue and good English skills (oral/written) are an advantage

• Proficient in MS Office, experience with Abacus is a plus
