Your area of responsibility
Assumption of day and evening shift responsibility
Assumption of tasks as a nursing reference person and contact person for assigned residents
Active interdisciplinary collaboration with the responsible professional team
Active participation in the implementation of nursing guidelines, innovations, and changes
Assumption of any additional tasks in the specialist area and in supporting learners and students
Participation in thematic working groups
What distinguishes you
Expertise in the field of palliative care as well as knowledge in the areas of care and support for people with dementia and kinesiology
High understanding of care quality and continuous improvement
Independence, empathy, teamwork, and networked thinking
Curious personality with openness to innovations, digitalization, and future-oriented care models
In-depth RAI/RUG knowledge and courses are an advantage
