Assumption of day and evening service responsibility
Assumption of tasks as a nursing reference person and contact person for assigned residents
Active interdisciplinary collaboration and with the responsible professional team
Active participation in the implementation of nursing guidelines, innovations, and changes
Assumption of any additional tasks in the specialist area and in supporting learners and students
Participation in topic carrier groups
