Your contribution

• Design, implement, and introduce cloud-based web applications in the context of the National Geodata Infrastructure within our BizDevOps team using an agile, service-oriented approach

• Keep up with new web technologies and development methods, evaluate with prototypes, and implement profitably

• Support frontend developers in designing and implementing responsive web applications (Nuxt, Vue.js) and promote them in the role of a lead developer

• Efficiently ensure life-cycle management and security of existing productive frontend systems on AWS

What makes you unique

• Higher vocational education in the field of geoinformatics or computer science (Master's or Bachelor's) or a closely related discipline (ETH/FH or university level) / CAS in software engineering is an advantage

• Many years of experience in the design, development, and operation of web applications combined with solid knowledge of service-oriented architectures (SOA)

• Knowledge of cloud and cloud management tools (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, ArgoCD)

• Team-oriented personality, with a passion for active participation, strong self-competence, and an agile mindset

• Active knowledge of two official languages as well as English
