Client & Project Manager in the field of waste management and recycling software

We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and action-oriented person for the position of

Client & Project Manager in the field of waste management and recycling software
(Everyone is welcome)

Responsibilities of this position

• Responsible for client relationships in the French-speaking part of Switzerland and main contact person

• Management of software projects, from needs analysis to production deployment

• Coordination of internal teams and partners, monitoring deadlines, budgets, and quality

• Analysis of client processes and proposal of suitable optimization solutions

• Business development: identification of opportunities (up-/cross-selling, new projects)

• Participation in proposals, client presentations, and development of new markets

• Proximity client support (training, assistance) in collaboration with technical support

• Monitoring client profitability and project budgets

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong customer service orientation

• Experience in managing IT projects in a client environment

• Good technical understanding and ability to explain complex solutions clearly and pragmatically

• Education in computer science, business management, or equivalent qualification

• Strong interest in sales and business development within the client relationship

• Willingness to travel occasionally for business

• Excellent command of French, essential for daily client interactions

• Very good command of English (required) for internal communication and collaboration with the technical team

• German is an important asset, but not mandatory
