Project Manager: Construction Control / Civil Protection (80 - 100%)

Your Main Tasks

• Independent inspections of construction, civil protection, and property drainage

• Organization, planning, and execution of periodic shelter inspections

• Monitoring compliance with conditions before occupancy and final acceptance

• Consulting property owners on technical and procedural questions

Your Profile

• Basic training in the fields of civil engineering / architecture / spatial planning or equivalent vocational training with practical experience and further education

• Experience in construction control

• Flexible, communicative personality with enthusiasm for customer contact

• Flawless expression in spoken and written language (stylish German)
