Senior Consultant 80 – 100%

Your mission

As a consultant, you will take on responsibility in diverse client projects and develop pragmatic, future-oriented solutions together with them in an increasingly digitalized world.

What to expect from us

At Rexult, you will support clients from various industries in projects related to digitalization and organization. You can count on a down-to-earth team that shares experiences and knowledge, values active exchange, and occasionally enjoys winding down the evening together.

Your tasks

• Leading and managing projects and programs using agile and traditional methods

• Developing solution proposals and concepts as well as their targeted implementation

• Monitoring budgets, timelines, and achievement of goals

• Leading project teams and coordinating with other stakeholders

• Conducting workshops, training sessions, and presentations

What you bring

• Higher education (FA, HF, FH, university, etc.) and good analytical skills

• Specialized training (e.g., project management, business analysis, requirements engineering, test management, etc.)

• Knowledge and ideally certifications in methods such as HERMES 2022, IPMA, Scrum, or SAFe

• Several years of professional experience in managing complex projects

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with different personalities

• Fluent in German, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
