The area of aging and care of the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services primarily for older people through Spitex and in the five senior centers.
For the Spitex City of Winterthur, we are looking for a Nursing Specialist HF/FH with a focus on psychiatric care starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
Assessment and care of clients with mental illnesses at home
Responsible for the quality and implementation of the care process
Analyzing complex care situations and initiating evidence-based interventions
Maintaining interprofessional collaboration within the Spitex care teams
Providing professional support to staff on psychiatric and gerontopsychiatric issues
Your Profile
Qualification as a Nursing Specialist HF or FH with at least 2 years of professional experience in psychiatry (inpatient or outpatient)
Very good PC user skills and experience with common IT programs (MS Office, possibly RAI-HC)
High self-organization and personal responsibility, teamwork, flexibility, and resilience (goal-oriented, independent, and service-oriented working style)
Very good oral and written German skills
Mobile by bicycle and in possession of a driver's license
