Your tasks
Responsibility for the entire HR lifecycle (excluding payroll) of a defined area of responsibility
Professional advice and support for managers and employees on all HR topics
Recruitment of specialists in close collaboration with line managers
Support for employees during long-term absences
Planning and coordination of the continuing education program as well as support for individual personnel development measures
Participation and co-design in HR projects
General administrative HR tasks
Your profile
Commercial basic training with further education as an HR specialist with federal diploma
Several years of experience in a comparable HR function
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Strong sense for people and advisory competence
Affinity for administrative processes as well as interest in digitalization and development topics
Fluent German and knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
