HR Specialist, 60–80 %

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the entire HR lifecycle (excluding payroll) of a defined area of responsibility

• Professional advice and support for managers and employees on all HR topics

• Recruitment of specialists in close collaboration with line managers

• Support for employees during long-term absences

• Planning and coordination of the continuing education program as well as support for individual personnel development measures

• Participation and co-design in HR projects

• General administrative HR tasks

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with further education as an HR specialist with federal diploma

• Several years of experience in a comparable HR function

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

• Strong sense for people and advisory competence

• Affinity for administrative processes as well as interest in digitalization and development topics

• Fluent German and knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
